The Supreme Court has upheld the law banning TikTok in the United States.
The ruling came down Friday morning. The Chinese-owned app would be banned starting Sunday if it's not sold to a U.S. company.
Reports say that TikTok users will see a pop up message that directs them to a website with information about the ban.
President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly considering an executive order that would try and keep the popular social media video app available in the states. There was also a report that a sale of the app was possible to billionaire Elon Musk, but TikTok has denied that claim.
ByteDance, the parent company, had nine months to sell TikTok before the Sunday deadline.
