Houston is not the only place that is going to be frozen next week.
President-elect Donald Trump's Inauguration is now going to be held indoors, due to freezing temperatures in Washington D.C.
According the forecast, Trump's big day is going to be one of the coldest days on record, with extreme cold and heavy winds.
Trump himself confirmed the move on Truth Social:
"I have ordered the Inauguration Address, in addition to prayers and other speeches, to be delivered in the United States Capitol Rotunda, as was used by Ronald Reagan in 1985, also because of very cold weather. The various Dignitaries and Guests will be brought into the Capitol," he wrote in a post.
