With outgoing VP Kamala Harris presiding, the official certification of Donald J. Trump's presidential election victory is now complete. And there were no protests.
Vice President elect, JD Vance was sitting in the front row, with House Speaker Mike Johnson standing next to Harris, as all of the results were announced in the special joint session of Congress.
The 312 electoral college votes for Trump were officially counted and presented by tellers.
President elect Trump watched the proceedings, with his 2nd Inauguration now two weeks away from today.
