Appeals Court Says Biden Cannot Destroy Razor Wire In Texas

You would think after the humiliating defeat in the election, Democrats and the Biden-Harris administration would get the message that was sent about securing the border.

Instead, they are trying to remove razor wire here in Texas that is being used to deter illegal aliens from entering the U.S.

But late Wednesday, a Federal Appeals court ruled that the Biden-Harris administration cannot destroy the razor wire, and that Texas the right to put up razor wire to deter illegal immigration.

Texas AG Ken Paxton posted that it was a "huge win", with Governor Greg Abbott adding, "We continue adding more razor wire border barrier."

The 2-1 decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals also clears the way for Texas to pursue a lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of trespassing without having to remove the fencing.

And it also reversed a federal judge's November 2023 refusal to grant a preliminary injunction to Texas as the state resisted federal efforts to remove fencing along the Rio Grande in the vicinity of Eagle Pass, Texas.
