DA Kim Ogg Fires Back: "We're Not In High School, Cases Based On Evidence"

Outgoing Harris County D.A. Kim Ogg held a news conference to officially announce felony charges against former Harris County Public Health Director, Barbie Robinson who was fired in August.

This was all due to another alleged multi-million dollar bid-rigging scheme. Robinson is accused of sharing private information she received as a public official, which is a big no-no.

"People hate public corruption" Ogg said to the group of assembled media. But she has discovered there has been a lot of it going on the last four years.
Harris County Judge, Lina Hidalgo, who has remained silent on most of the key issues affecting the people of Houston, came out right away and called the charges against Robinson, "an attack."

Ogg, when asked about Hidalgo said quote, "We're not in high school anymore, and our cases are not based on opinions. They're based on evidence."
