Now That The Election Is Over, Let The Lawsuits Begin

Now that the Election is finally over, it's almost a guarantee that the side that loses is going to file immediate legal challenges. So what would that look like?

"All the challenges will start in a state court" said David Gelman, attorney and Trump surrogate, and also one of the heads of the massive Trump legal team.

It's fair to say that all of the changes in 2020 caught everybody off guard. But this time around, everyone is ready for whatever happens.

We are not reactive, we are proactive" Gelman told KTRH, "We have some of the smartest individuals and legal minds in the country working with us, and working for us. I think we are in a very good position."

We shall see.

Both campaigns have recruited thousands of lawyers across the country for post-election legal fights.
