Texas DPS troopers are preparing for a possible surge of illegal aliens at the Texas-Mexico border between Election Day and Inauguration Day.

“We’re closely monitoring, there’s tens of thousands of immigrants right now just waiting to see what’s going to happen,” DPS spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez told Fox News.

There were reports weeks ago that a migrant caravan with thousands of would be illegal aliens had started the trip from Southern Mexico to our southern border. And according to other reports a surge is expected between the election and January 20th, especially if Donald Trump wins a second term as President.

Trump has promised a mass deportation if he beats Kamala Harris.
