A North Texas voter's claim is sparking new concerns about voter integrity. But the county is trying to blame the voter for the problem.

That voter, James Carpenter, has gone viral this week.

The video has racked up million of views. But Tarrant County officials claim the voting machines aren't the problem. Carpenter is.

"This is not uncommon, and there's a practice in place called pooling the ballot to handle this," Clint Ludwig, Tarrant County Elections Administrator, told CBS News. That also goes along with the continued claims that voter fraud isn't really going on.

Meantime, Texans continue to turn out in big numbers for early voting. Another 115,000 people voted in Harris County. Across Texas, more than 730,000 voters cast their ballots making the three day total so far more than two million.
