Houston attorney Mo Aziz, a partner at the law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner, has filed a lawsuit against Deer Perk Refining, LP and P.M.I. Services North America, Inc.
”If owners and operators of oil refineries follow the proper policies and procedures designed to protect people, then the release of highly toxic gases does not happen,” Aziz said.
