The Feds Are Fighting To Keep Noncitizens On Voter Rolls

The Biden-Harris administration likes to call Donald Trump a threat to democracy, but in the meantime the weaponized DOJ is still actively fighting states to keep noncitizens on voter rolls.

On September 27th, the Biden-Harris DOJ sued the state of Alabama for removing 3,251 noncitizens, under 90 days before the election.

"There is a real concern, and we've seen tens of thousands of noncitizens found on our voter rolls across the country" said Matt Kittle, senior elections correspondent for The Federalist, "This should come as no surprise."

The state of Alabama has yet to file it's response.

"They have found definitive evidence that there are noncitizens on these voter rolls, those names should be removed from that list" Kittle told KTRH, "But yet you have the Biden-Harris administration, a weaponized Department of Justice, trying to stop the state of Alabama from doing that."

What happened to election integrity?

"It also suggests how much the Democrats are committed to keeping noncitizens on the ballot, and then you have to ask the next logical question, and that is why?"

The case is still ongoing, but Alabama Secretary of State, Wes Allen said quote, "I will not bow down to threats from ultra-liberal activist groups who will stop at nothing in their quest to see noncitizens remain on Alabama’s voter rolls.”
