According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, over half a million illegal aliens have been flown into American cities by the Biden Administration. The worst part is, these individuals have received almost no vetting.
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) told Fox Business, "It requires no valid ID. All you have to do is fill it out, put in whatever name or biographical information you choose, and then you can get into the country."
Senator Lee says he wants the Transportation Security Administration, or TSA, to stop accepting the app as an ID for flights. He said, "U.S. citizens, when they board a plane, have to present a valid form of ID. When a U.S. citizen leaves the country, they have to have a passport so they can get back in. Illegal aliens don’t have to produce either one."
Lee says his VALID Act would address this issue. He notes that the legislation has broad support from Senate Republicans, but believes it should be completely bipartisan.
