Robert F. Kennedy Jr. can now sue the Biden administration for what he says is censorship on social media against his charity.
A federal judge made a ruling last week saying the former Independent candidate for President can take action against the Biden White House. RFK Jr. claims his Children’s Health Defense charity, which questions vaccine safety, was censored on social media sites like Facebook, X and YouTube for "misinformation" and the administration pressured the sites to do so.
The Children’s Health Defense says their mission is "ending childhood health epidemics by eliminating toxic exposure." Critics of the charity call it "anti-vaccine."
