The Left Says There Aren't Enough Illegals To Bus From Texas

It's no secret that the left, along with their partners in the media, are doing anything they can to help Kamala Harris cross the finish line. That includes a rebranding of Harris' role as the 'border czar'.

A recent NBC News report tried to take a shot at Governor Greg Abbott by claiming there are no longer enough illegal immigrants to bus to blue states out of Texas. But that is not quite true.

"Part of the reason why the number of migrants being released into Texas these days has dropped, is directly attributable to Operation Lone Star" said Andrew 'Art' Arthur, a former immigration judge who is now a resident fellow with the Center for Immigration Studies.

Basically, what's happening is that most of the illegals are now getting in through California.

"Yes, that's absolutely true" Arthur told KTRH, "And what the Biden administration continues to do however, is to open the ports of entry to illegal migrants. Right now there are 1,450 cbp1 appointments every day. That's going to create an increasing burden on Texas to either provide for those migrants, or to move them forward into the United States."

On top of that, the Biden administration is also working with Mexico to try and keep the border crossings down before the election.

"There's been some sort of secret agreement between the Biden administration and the Mexican government, which is actually stopping migrants heading north through Mexico to the southwest border, which is also driving down the numbers."

Just in time before November. But with that said, Arthur says we can expect another massive border surge before the election, with many illegals hoping to make it in to the U.S. before Trump takes over.
