Former President Donald Trump returns to the campaign trail this weekend in Montana, while Ohio Senator JD Vance, his running mate, takes a tour of Texas.
Vance will be in the Lone Star State on Sunday, appearing at a fundraiser in Laredo. Then on Monday, Vance will appear at events in San Antonio and in Houston.
This will be Vance's first trip to the Lone Star State since was named Trump's running mate on July 15th. He visited the border in Arizona earlier this week.
Prior to naming Tim Walz her running mate, Kamala Harris made two trips to Houston in a week, to campaign and attend funeral services for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.
