Sentencing for Donald Trump in the so called hush money Manhattan trial has been pushed back until September 18th.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office announced that it will not oppose delaying the sentencing of former President Donald Trump in light of the recent SCOTUS decision on presidential immunity.
Following Trumps request for the delay, Assistant DA Joshua Steinglass said in a letter, "Although we believe defendant’s arguments to be without merit, we do not oppose his request for leave to file and his putative request to adjourn sentencing pending determination of his motion.”
Trump's sentencing had been scheduled for Thursday, July 11th.
