The salesman who sold Hunter Biden the Colt revolver at the center of his firearms case testified yesterday. StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply employee Gordon Cleveland said he watched Hunter fill out the background check form that he allegedly lied on.

Cleveland testified that he instructed Hunter to take his time and fill out the form truthfully, and watched as Hunter checked "no" on question 11e, which asks if he was an unlawful user or addict to drugs. Hunter has since admitted in his own book that he was addicted to cocaine at the time.

Cleveland appeared confident throughout his testimony and provided detailed information about Hunter Biden's purchase of the gun. He also elicited laughter from the jury and courtroom observers multiple times. During cross-examination by Hunter Biden's defense lawyer, when asked if he also sold Hunter ammunition, Cleveland responded, "What are you gonna do, throw [the gun] at 'em?"

Hunter Biden's Delaware trial will resume this morning at 9:00 AM Eastern.
