The -first- Hunter Biden trial has finally begun, with just selection now complete in Delaware.

Joe Biden's son becoming the first child of a sitting president to be a criminal defendant.

Unlike the sham trial the world just witnessed for former president Donald Trump, prosecutors have a real case.

"I think the evidence is overwhelming that he lied on the gun application form, and he's going to be convicted" said legal expert Paul Kamenar, "I'm surprised he just simply didn't plead guilty to that."

Federal prosecutors are expected to spend a lot of time probing Hunter Biden's drug addiction, along with other lurid details. But even if the case ends with a guilty verdict, it is not expected to be the final outcome.

"If he's found guilty, and I believe he will be" Kamenar told KTRH, "Not only in the gun charge, but later in the tax charges in California, look for Joe Biden giving his son a pardon."

But even with all of the spin and the help from the mainstream media, there's still one other aspect of this case to consider.

"I think that this will be politically embarrassing to Joe Biden" noted Kamenar.

First lady Jill Biden, and other members of the Biden family are in the courtroom viewing the proceedings as jurors are questioned.
