Houston Police say two people were found dead, victims of an apparent drowning in a lake in Southwest Houston.
An investigation is underway, but HPD says there are no signs of foul play.
That brings the number of drowning victims in the Houston area this weekend to five . Two people including a teenage woman died in Galveston. Nearly two dozen others were rescued from dangerous rip currents.
And late on Monday, a three year old died after going underwater in a pool at a West Harris County apartment complex.
