Prayer services and vigils took place last night in the south Texas town of Uvalde. Friday marked the second anniversary of the attack that saw an 18-year old gunman kill 19 students and two teachers at Robb Elementary School. Earlier in the day, the St. Philip's Episcopal Church and the Children's Bereavent Center of South Texas hosted a butterfly release to honor the victims. That release and the ringing of the church's bell happened at 11:32, the same time the gunman entered the school. An evening prayer service took place at that church, followed by a prayer vigil at the Uvalde County Fairgrounds. At 7:30 p.m., the community cametoge ther at the Uvalde Amphitheater for a Candlelight Vigil.
