We have been hearing for months about how close Iran is to having nuclear capacity. Now their growing tension with Israel is creating even more concern about the potential of a nuclear-armed Iran, as well as what they might do with a nuclear bomb if they got one.
Ryan Mauro with the Capital Research Center says Iran has so much enriched uranium that they could have a nuclear weapon in a matter of weeks. But they still need to develop the warhead and ballistic missile technology necessary to make it effective.
Mauro told KTRH that even if Iran could build a nuke, they might continue to hold off on doing so simply due to the risks of building and storing such a weapon.
Iran also might want to wait until they have the capacity to build and store an entire nuclear arsenal, rather than building just one bomb.
