Oral Arguments Being Heard on Texas Immigration Law

It's like forever since Texas lawmakers last year passed SB 4, the Texas immigration law that allows law enforcement to protect the border, and arrest illegal aliens suspected of breaking the law.

"We have never had a situation where the border has been so out of control, where the federal government has literally chosen not to enforce immigration laws" said Jessica Vaughan, with the Center For Immigration Studies.

But that is exactly what has happened since day one under the Biden administration. Over 10 million illegals have been allowed to enter the United States, on purpose. The pain, damage, and wreckage that has been caused has been unspeakable.

All of America now sees the Biden border crisis. The question is, will the 3-judge panel at the 5th Circuit Court Of Appeals do so also, as they decide whether or not SB 4 violates the U.S. Constitution.

"I think it's going to take awhile" Vaughan told KTRH, "This is such a ground-breaking case, all of the judges involved are going to make sure that there is no opportunity for them to be overturned. The interesting thing to watch is whether the 5th Circuit allows the law to go into effect, or decides to issue a stay."

A final decision is not expected before the November election, a decision that will likely be made ultimately by the U.S. Supreme Court.
