With November getting closer, and Trump's lead over Joe Biden getting wider, the Dems are firing up the race card! Just like they did during 2020, they are crying out about the myth of 'voter suppression'.
"It is a sad and old narrative used by the left in this country" said writer Matt Kittle in The Federalist, "How the Republicans and conservatives in this country, want to engage in voter suppression."
Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, it's just the opposite with the left's anti-election integrity tactics that we all saw happen in real time 4 years ago.
But that is not what the Democrats were trying to sell last week during a Senate hearing to promote the 'John Lewis Voting Rights Act'. Thankfully, the Republicans pushed back.
"Senator Ted Cruz really brought the point home" Kittle told KTRH, "The left in this country, Democrats need look no further than the Colorado Secretary Of State (who tried to keep Trump off the ballot) that is real disenfranchisement going on."
Plus, there's the Dems opposition to voter id's, even though you need to use them at the airport, or COSTCO!
"It's just baffling" noted Kittle, "Most Americans agree with the election integrity measure of voter ID's at the polls."
Thankfully, the 'John Lewis Voting Rights Act' will never pass. But we are not out of the woods when it comes to the 2024 election.
"This country is in a lot of trouble when it comes to election integrity" added Kittle. "It's extremely worrisome." You can read Kittle's column at the link below.
