Why Do Democrats Hate Rural America?

If there is one thing we have learned since 2016, it's that Democrats have a lot of disdain for Republicans. But why does that seem to apply even more to Republicans in rural areas? Well, unless you're either a Democratic voter or have the potential to become one, you're of no value to Democrats.

The American Thinker's Steve McCann told KTRH that Democrats decided they could do without rural votes a long time ago. He says, "They just don't think they need them. They think they have enough votes in the major urban areas."

McCann also said that Democrats really don't have anything to offer rural Americans. Most of the Democratic Party's selling points are handouts and government benefits that rural voters have no interest in. McCann said, "They don't need the government, they don't want the government."

He noted that rural Americans are typically more capable and self-sufficient, and the Democrats hate dealing with people who can deal back with them.
