Today is your last chance to vote early in the Texas Primary. Election Day is Tuesday.
Texas is part of the Super Tuesday lineup of primary states. But so far, turnout hasn't been robust, according to Rice University's Mark Jones.
"It's been relatively low due to the lack of competitive Presidential primary races. Democrat turnout is especially low. On the Republican side, we see peaks and valleys," Jones said.
Turnout in Harris County has been low as well. But at least there haven't been any issues now that the County Clerk is running elections again, as opposed to an unelected administrator.
"Harris County has more voters than 26 states. This is a massive undertaking, Jones stated.
Polls in most counties across the state are open from 7AM to 7PM.
