Likely Excuse: Dems Defend Illegal Immigration

As the illegal immigrant population in the U.S. explodes under President Joe Biden, some Democrats are spilling the beans on what they really think about illegals. Congressman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) openly defended illegal immigration during a House hearing on border security last week. "Our vegetables would rot in the ground if they weren't being picked by many immigrants -- many illegal immigrants."

Nadler went on to espouse the so-called "Replacement Theory," often derided as a right-wing conspiracy, that illegal immigrants are seen as a replacement for American-born citizens. "We need immigrants in this country...the fact is, the birth rate in this country is way below replacement level," said Nadler.

Critics point out that Nadler's defense of illegal immigration rings similar to Democrats' defense of slavery in the 1800s, when they said who will pick our cotton? Now, it is who will pick our vegetables?

Democrats' defense of illegal immigration is not only harmful to our economy, safety and national security, but it ignores the humanitarian abuses against the illegals themselves. KTRH Host Mark Levin recently pointed out on his Fox News show that the reality for many illegals today is far worse than picking vegetables. "We're talking about women and children being sold into sex slavery...it's slavery! And with an open border, it's happening at incredible rates and numbers," said Levin.

"We have people being brought into this country by coyotes working for drug cartels," Levin continued. "When these people come into the United States, they're forced to pay remittances back to the coyotes...they are indentured servants. That is slavery!"

"The Democrat party defended and fought a war on behalf of slavery 160 years ago," said Levin. "Today, Democrat Party policies...are promoting slavery on the southern border."
