As the election calendar rolls on for former president Donald Trump, what about the -legal- calendar?
For those of you keeping score at home, the weaponized Democrats have hit Trump with 91 felony charges, 44 federal and 47 at the state level.
"It's a lot" said Texas based trial lawyer, Jeremy Rosenthal, "It's really hard to be a defendant in federal court. The investigative agencies are really polished, they're really good, and 91 indictments is a lot. It's really hard to walk through that much rain and not get wet."
But that is exactly the path that Trump will go down, spending the rest of this year between the campaign, and court.
"This is the greatest all or nothing venture in American history" Rosenthal told KTRH, "We've got a man who this time next year will either be about to be inaugurated as the president of the United States, or in jail. And there's not a lot of in-between, and the courts are directly squarely in the middle of it."
This week Trump has been spending time in New York and New Hampshire, campaigning and dealing with the defamation lawsuit.
