It's shaping up to be a stormy weather day across the Greater Houston area.
Rain is expected to start as you drive in to work, and will continue all day long, with storms popping up mid-morning. Some of these storms could be severe.
According to our TV Partner Channel Two, the severe weather would occur between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tornadoes are possible. We have an enhanced threat for tornadoes for parts of Southeast Texas. The last time we had a threat like this was in January when several tornadoes touched down from Pearland to La Porte.
