As the Biden-border crisis continues out of control, with millions of illegals now here in the U.S. thanks to the wide open border, Former ICE Director under president Trump, Tom Homan, is making some bold promises if Trump wins re-election in 2024.
In a recent post on 'X', Homan vowed there will be the "Biggest deportation operation" under a Trump. Homan then talked about his plans, with KTRH.
"As for my comments, I'm committed to president Trump, if he comes back I would come back in a heartbeat" Homan said, "We handed this administration the most secure border in my lifetime and they destroyed it, on purpose. So, there's going to have to be a deportation operation and it will be the largest in the nation's history, and why is that? Because it's following up historic illegal immigration."
Which is a great plan. But, considering the likely backlash from the left, would the Trump administration really have the stomach to follow through with a massive deportation plan?
"Of course we'll get pushback" Homan told KTRH, "DHS Secretary Mayorkas has said in congressional testimony, under oath, those that don't qualify for asylum will be immediately removed. Well, we're going to keep that promise."
He adds that if there are no consequences, the illegals are just going to keep on coming.
