Harris County Drops An Election Lawsuit

In yet another minor win for election integrity for the city of Houston, Harris County has -quietly- dropped it's lawsuit against the state, over eliminating the Democrat-run 'elections' office.

This comes weeks after a new law went into effect, cancelling the Harris County elections administrator position, while restoring election duties to how they ran in the past with two elected officials.

Local Harris County Democrats set-up the 'elections' office in July of 2020, to assist with the big elections. But instead of election integrity, Harris County voters got hit with election insanity! In the form of bogus mail-in ballots, long delays in results, ballot shortages, and equipment issues.

Texas lawmakers finally made things right with the passage of Senate Bill 1750, led by state senator Paul Bettencourt.

The November 7th elections earlier this month were better, but there were still issues.
