Biden's "Pathways" Continue to Allow Record Number of Illegals Into the US

Another record-breaking year for Joe Biden's open border, allowing early 2.5 million illegals to use what the White House calls "legal pathways" into the U.S.

One we've talked about is the CBP's mobile app, which basically allows illegals to make an appointment to walk across the border and seek asylum.

"More than 200,000 of them in FY 2023 were released into the United States," says Andrew Arthur at the Center for Immigration Studies.

Another Biden effort is a so-called "parole program" for those from certain countries.

"There are 30,000 nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela each month, who fly into interior airports into the United States, and remain here at least two years on parole."

Arthur argues neither is legal, and Texas has filed multiple legal challenges to stop it.

"Combined, they've allowed nearly 500,000 illegal aliens to enter the United States this year."

He says allowing people to enter through "ports of entry" also is illegal, on top of the tens of thousands who evade apprehension altogether.
