Texans will vote on more than a dozen Constitutional Amendments during this off-year election.
The biggest one is Proposition 4, which Urban Reform's Charles Blain says every homeowner in Texas is aware of.
"That is going to lock in a lot of the property tax reforms that the legislature set in motion this last session," Blain told KTRH.
That one is expected to pass, and as for the others?
"Proposition 3 would prohibit a wealth tax. You hear a lot of this in California," Blain explained.
There's one amendment to get rid of the position of Galveston County Treasurer, which is being pushed by the Treasurer himself; because it's a waste of taxpayer money.
