A former Houston firefighter will be sentenced in January after his conviction for swindling investors and customers of his swimming pool company.
A Montgomery County jury found Spencer Craig guilty of first-degree felony fraud and first-degree felony aggregate theft.
Investors in Craig's defunct Stonewall Pool Company lost tens of thousands of dollars, and customers were left with unfinished pools.
Some of his victims were Houston Fire Department personnel.
Craig faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
