We know how bad things are with the economy and Biden-flation. And then there's the housing market.
According to new data on the real estate market, homes are now "unaffordable" in 99% of the country for the average American.
"The fact is, home affordability has gotten unhinged from any sense of normality right now" said real estate expert, Cliff Freeman, "The affordability, which is sort of the combination of price and interest rates, it's just been a double gut punch."
If that's not bad enough, there's Wall Street investors snatching up properties. So, are we on the road to becoming a society of renters?
"I think that might be a little bit aggressive" Freeman told KTRH, "It's a great topic, and obviously it's very volatile and there's a lot of emotions whenever Wall St. gets involved with something as close to us all as home ownership. We look at the evil corporations as doing bad, that's how Wall Street works."
Cashing in on the American dream.
