As we've seen with the unprecedented 4 indictments, the left will do anything to keep former president Donald Trump out of office, even if it means trying to use the Constitution.
It's happening in New Hampshire, where the AG is trying to make a push for Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. There's only one problem with that...
"It is true that the 14th Amendment has a provision enacted after the civil war, that said that anybody who participated in an insurrection can't hold office" said J. Christian Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, "Well, that provision of the Constitution is actually dead now because Congress repealed it."
They did so back in 1898. But truth, facts, or even the law seem to slow down the Democrats, and their weaponization, and politicization of our legal system.
"That's their whole MO now, isn't it?" Adams told KTRH, "When I was in the Justice Department I saw how the law was used as a weapon against political opponents, and it's how they play now, and Trump is the biggest political opponent to the left, and by all means necessary they're going to try to get rid of him."
Which they will continue to do, although first things first. They might want to consider doing their homework.
