As Joe Biden and the Democrats continue to push DEI, along with the left's radical agenda, there is also the issue of 'diversity hiring', but it comes with a high cost. It has become a lose-lose for our work force, and society.
"Affirmative action, when it was brought about, there might have been people that had well intentions" said former congressional candidate Christian Collins, "But in the end, that law is being taken advantage of because these companies unfortunately, they aren't hiring based on merit, they're hiring based on skin color."
Thankfully, Governor Greg Abbott and Texas lawmakers are pushing back, hoping to make D-E-I, DOA.
"You look at our companies, you look at our schools, you look at our military, or you look at just trying to buy a home" Collins told KTRH, "Diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, and affirmative action policies, will ultimately lead to the denigration and the demise of our society."
The Supreme Court is expected to rule on a pair of affirmative action cases next month.
