It's been a rough several weeks since the sudden loss of host Randy Lemmon at the end of last year. Beverly Welch of Tomball's Arbor Gate and Angela Chandler of The Garden Academy have stepped in get through the hardest winter of the show's history, and KPRC High Tech Texan Michael Garfield as fill-in host.
Longtime Houston horticulturalist Skip Richter takes the helm Sunday. He and Randy were roommates at Texas A&M. It's a good fit. Ski[p has served the community as the National Gardening Association’s regional horticulturist for the southeastern U.S. and is a contributing editor to Texas Gardener magazine.
