Judge Mark Pittman, appointed by former President Trump, ruled it unconstitutional on Thursday this past week.
The Conservative group Job Creators Network Foundation filed suit last month on behalf of borrowers who didn't qualify for debt relief.
Earlier this year, Biden rolled out plans to cancel $10,000 for most student loan borrowers.
The program had already been on hold after Republicans brought legal challenges, this is another nail in the coffin.
