The Supreme Court's Next Target May Be The Executive Branch

After the historic, and memorable rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court, including a big win for gun rights, and perhaps an earlier than expected, overturning of Roe vs. Wade, what will the conservative majority do for an encore?

One item topping the agenda when the Supreme Court reconvenes in October? Stopping Joe Biden's overreach, via executive order.

"That has come up in Supreme Court cases more often in the last several years, than in a long time" said Thomas Jipping, senior legal fellow with the Heritage Foundation, "The Biden administration is definitely intent to do that."

Another item on the docket could be 'voting rights', or more specifically, the Democrats desire for a federal takeover of all elections.

"Just because it's a high profile issue, doesn't mean that the Supreme Court will want to address it again" Jipping told KTRH, "But as we saw in this past term, any of these big high profile issues could very well be before the Supreme Court at any particular time."

We should also expect to be the Dems continuing their cries to pack the Supreme Court.

"Liberals have been calling for Court packing for years, and it's gone nowhere" noted Jipping, "It wasn't a surprise that overturning Roe vs. Wade revived that rhetoric, but that issue isn't going anywhere."
