Why You Should Be Skeptical About Media Coverage Of Ukraine

If you still happen to watch the mainstream media news, coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine continues to dominate. Russia, Russia, Russia.

It's a huge story, and our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the people of Ukraine, who are caught in the middle like pawns. But there's more.

"People should always be skeptical" said Dan Gainor with the Media Research Center, "Anytime the 'media mob' decides you need to think one way, you should really hesitate, and the mob has certainly decided that."

It's not that the media is wrong in their coverage, it's the motive behind it, and as usual, the hypocrisy.

"Notice what the we're doing, the west is essentially cancelling an entire country" Gainor told KTRH, "Now, that would sound like what Russia is doing today is unique? It's not, and of course China is committing genocide and the media are fully in bed with them."

So, they pick and choose, not based on right or wrong, or facts and truth, but on personal interests. Which is exactly what has happened to media coverage here in the U.S. It's now all one-sided, and left.

"A lot of people in the media blame Russia for Trump, and so that's part of this right here" Gainor said, "They only care because they have to blame somebody for Donald Trump."

Plus, on the flip side, as they have continued to back Biden since he took office, the Russia-Ukraine conflict gives the Biden administration for the lengthy list of failures here at home.

"They're using it as an excuse also for the bad economic situation, and so they're trying to blame oil prices on this, when of course the Biden administration is at war with the oil industry, and by that I mean also at war with the American public" he said.
