3 Injured, 1 Dead Sunday at "After-Hours" Bar

One man has died and three others have been injured in what appear to be attacks on people who were at an after-hours bar in a building near Mitchell at Airline Drive in North Harris County early Sunday morning.

The unlicensed club has been a place to hang out after the bars close, but the Harris County Sheriff's office now wants to know what happened in the early morning hours, resulting in one man badly beaten and two others shot.

Those three victims were taken to a hospital, all three said to be in serious condition Sunday evening.

Deputies said they arrived at the empty building after everyone had apparently cleared out, including the building security guards.

Investigators later learned that a fourth man was injured, and was taken by an acquaintance to a hospital, but was later pronounced dead.

Those Harris County investigators are said to have visited a hospital to question at least one of the victims, but so far no suspects or motives are being publicly discussed in this case.
