Update: Murder Charges Filed Against the Driver of the SUV that hit the golf cart early this morning. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office saying the man, Daniel Rivera, was, in fact, intoxicated at the time of the crash.

They were out in a dark colored golf cart at 4:00 this morning. The intersection was dark. The oncoming SUV was a dark color as well. There was a crash involving the golf cart and the SUV in the Cypress. Harris County Deputies were on the scene.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez saying two of the three people who were on the golf cart died and the third person was hospitalized in critical condition; he died at the hospital. They were in their late 30s and early 40s.
The uninjured driver of the SUV remained at the scene.
