Republicans Join Democrats To Pass $14 Billion Package For Ukraine

We’re all being played as the Washington establishment wants war.

Yesterday, Republic House lawmakers approved a sweeping, roughly $1.5 trillion spending package on Wednesday that also includes $14 billion in aid for Ukraine.

As Tucker Carlson pointed out on his show last night:

“These are the people who are about to spend another $15 billion in American tax money not on Texas, not on fixing homelessness, not on helping the families whose children who have died of fentanyl overdoses because of the open border that we have. But they’re gonna send it to defense contractors to defend a country’s border on the other side of the world.”

John Binder points out that the plan also:

“...uses American taxpayer money to fund “border security” measures in eight foreign countries while including no new funds to construct a border wall along the United States-Mexico border.
The government funding package spends about $370 million in taxpayer money to fund “enhanced border security” in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Oman. At least $150 million of that funding is allocated for Jordan’s borders.
Likewise, the package includes taxpayer money to fund border security in Libya, “border security activities” in Nepal, and “border security programs” in Pakistan.
Though Republicans were able to preserve nearly $2 billion in previously-allocated border wall construction funds, the package does not include any new border wall funding.”
