Houston Police apprehended the man they believe was behind the Oct. 16, 2021 murder of a Precinct 4 Constable's Deputy.
The man is accused of firing the gun in the killing of Constable Deputy Kareem Atkins, who was ambushed and shot while working an off duty job with two other deputies at a nightclub in Houston.
30 year old Atkins left behind a wife, 6-month-old son and 2-year-old daughter.
HPD released this statement...
“We want to thank the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for their collaboration, and the outstanding work of our HPD homicide detectives."
None of the suspect's charges were released at the time of this post.
