In Texas, it’s The Polar Express, a favorite shared with Arkansas, both Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia and Arizona. Who knew?

It was a 2004 computer animated film directed by Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Forrest Gump) that cost $165 million to make, based on a 1985 book.

The top films in America are more recognizable.

1.) Home Alone

2.) The Grinch

3.) Elf

4.) Edward Scissorhands

5.) Happiest Season
