They don't call it Turkey Day for Nothing!

Millions of American families will be enjoying their Thanksgiving meal tomorrow with Turkey playing the starring role. To help you prepare your bird, the experts at the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line are ready for your questions. Here's Nutritionist Sue, who has been with Butter Ball for 22 years. "the number 1 problem that we year year after year is, 'I don't know how to thaw my turkey' or 'I may not have my turkey thawed in time.' Sue gives this advice: "Thaw it NOW in cold water. Change that water every 30 minutes. That will be the quickest way to thaw that turkey!"

"Make sure you get out the bag of giblets as well as the neck from the turkey cavity. Then wash it with vegetable oil before you put it in the oven.
