All of the fatalities from the Astroworld Festival Concert (11-5-2021) crowd surge have been identified. Axel Acosta is the name of the 8th and final fatality. Acosta came all the way from Washington to see Travis Scott perform live. He attended the concert alone. Now all 8 fatalities have been identified.
Tonight (11-7-2021) at 7:00pm there was a special Prayer Vigil at Enunciation Catholic Church, praying for those who perished, those who were injured, those who considered these people special in their lives, and others who attended the concert and suffered emotional trauma from their experiences.

Attorneys representing an injured man at the Astroworld Fest have already filed a lawsuit against Travis Scott and the festival’s organizers.
The lawsuit was filed at Harris County District Court on behalf of Manuel Souza. It also names Live Nation, co-organizer ScoreMore and Scott’s Cactus Jack Records as defendants.
