Fallen Harris County Deputy Kareen Atkins will be laid to rest Monday.
The funeral service will be held in the afternoon at two at Champions Forest Baptist Church in Houston. A private visitation will be held for the family from nine until eleven in the morning.
This will be followed by a public visitation from eleven until two.
Atkins was shot to death last weekend while working security at a Houston bar.
