Some economists say we’re already in a recession

Some economists think we are already in a recession as bad as 2008.

It's not a Republican economist either. It's Dartmouth's David Blanchflower sounding the arm bells because of Biden's handouts. So is he right?

"We do have several signs pointing to the fact that we could be in a recession," said Lone Star College economist Hank Lewis. "The big question is how severe, and how will the supply shocks add complications to this whole thing?"

Lewis says 2008 may not be the correct comparison. He's thinking more like the Carter days.

"During the late 1970's we had big increases in unemployment and prices at the same time because of the supply shocks that were going on," Lewis explained.

The same ones we have today.
