A woman accused of setting a man on fire in Kingwood is behind bars.
19-year-old Emma Presler was arrested on Thursday on a charge of murder.
The attack happened three-weeks ago at a home on Aspen Glade Drive near Northpark Drive.
Presler is alleged to have doused 33-year-old Devin Graham with an accelerant and set him on fire.
Graham and 26-year-old Karissa Lindros suffered severe burns.
Both were taken to the hospital, and Graham died.
Last year, Presler had briefly been charged with murder after a 20 year old was shot and killed in her bed while she slept. Charges were later dropped when no probable cause was found.
