A Harris County grand jury will look into a deadly shooting involving a security guard.
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says the guard shot Michael Luna to death Wednesday night outside a Walgreens on Uvalde near Woodforest.
Gonzalez also says Luna hit the guard several times and knocked him to the ground before shots rang out.
Luna's daughter was inside the pharmacy at the time.
The DA's office had chosen not to press charges.
